Having trained for many many years either on my own or with a personal trainers, I was looking for something different and engaging that maintained and ideally improved my fitness levels. Adrian’s on-line Box-fit sets have been excellent for this. The main take-out is that it’s fun, even though the class is tough (sometime hard core). But you finish totally energised. Adrian pushes you to the maximum that you feel comfortable going and sometimes you don’t realise that is probably further than you thought you could. I’ve known Adrian for many years now so when he started Fit4Everything it came as no surprise, he is a natural at this stuff. I’m a third of the way through a 12-month course and what a difference he has made, I am delighted with the results so far. He will always make sure you know it’s you that has achieved the results but without the sheer passion he injects into every session, the laughs and fun we have together really makes the time fly.

I have learned about good carbs and bad carbs (who knew) and my diet, overall, is much healthier and more balanced without it being a chore, it’s a great way to get yourself into and then continue to stay in shape. Also, an additional benefit of this is that now when I go to the gym, I have a completely different attitude because I know how to exercise and get so much more from those sessions as well.

Adrian is an excellent personal trainer and Martial arts instructor, My son and I have been training with him for the past 5 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. I had been looking for a martial art to do along with my 6 year old son, so we joined a Karate class ran by Adrian. We both really enjoy our sessions and have recently graded to blue belt together which was a very special occasion for us both. We have also been to HIT training once a week.

About Adrian – Founder of Age Strong by Adrian

Hi, I’m Adrian — NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, 4th Dan Shotokan Karate, 3rd Dan Kickboxing, lifelong athlete, and living proof that strength has no age limit.

At 63, I feel fitter, stronger, and more alive than I did at 30 — and that’s exactly what I want for you.

My journey into fitness didn’t start in a gym — it began at the local stables, hauling hay bales and loving the feeling of getting stronger. Since then, I’ve played and coached rugby, competed in triathlons and endurance bike races, and trained hundreds of men and women to rediscover what their bodies can really do.

But more than the medals or titles, it’s the mindset that drives me. Fitness has helped me overcome some of life’s toughest moments, and I’ve seen firsthand how movement can rebuild not just muscle — but confidence, focus, and joy.
