Hi, I’m Adrian — NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, 4th Dan Shotokan Karate, 3rd Dan Kickboxing, lifelong athlete, and living proof that strength has no age limit.
At 63, I feel fitter, stronger, and more alive than I did at 30 — and that’s exactly what I want for you.
My journey into fitness didn’t start in a gym — it began at the local stables, hauling hay bales and loving the feeling of getting stronger. Since then, I’ve played and coached rugby, competed in triathlons and endurance bike races, and trained hundreds of men and women to rediscover what their bodies can really do.
But more than the medals or titles, it’s the mindset that drives me. Fitness has helped me overcome some of life’s toughest moments, and I’ve seen firsthand how movement can rebuild not just muscle — but confidence, focus, and joy.
